Alison Frazer

Alison is an experienced employment law barrister. She was called to the Bar in 1999. She spent 15 years in private practice before sitting as a 'portfolio' judge in the Employment Tribunal and Immigration and Asylum Chamber. She now practices from her own chambers,  'Heartbridge Chambers'. She has a keen interest in supporting people in employment disputes to reach resolution. She is a qualified and experienced mediator.
