Daniel Orlansky

Daniel is a local partner at Baker & McKenzie in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and practices mainly in the areas of employment and labour law.

His practice includes employment advice, covering issues such as employment contracts, employment policies and employee manuals, as well as specific issues such as corporate responsibility, privacy and data privacy, discrimination, confidentiality, and non-compete and restrictive covenants.

He lectures on employee mobility and expatriate issues, and handles complex litigation cases with expatriates. He also advises on employee benefits and executive compensation, including global stock plans, profit-sharing plans, incentive plans and pensions.

He presides over the employment law committee of the Association of Lawyers of the City of Buenos Aires and is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association.
