David Carvalho Martins

David Carvalho Martins is the Managing Partner at Littler Portugal.

He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon; has a Master's degree in Labour and Employment Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, and is a doctoral candidate (PhD) at the University of Murcia (Spain).

David is a lecturer at ISEG (Superior Institute of Economy and Business of Lisbon).

He is a certified trainer, holder of CAP (former CCP).

His practice covers restructuring and business transfers, labour and management relations, international labour law, policies, procedures and manuals, corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions, litigation and trials, immigration and global mobility and investigations.

David is also the author of books, and the author and co-author of several scientific journals concerning labour and employment subjects.
