David Faulkner

David Faulkner is part of Mills & Reeve's employment team, working with employers of all sizes in a variety of different sectors, with a particular focus on our nationally-renowned higher education practice. He has advised on some of the highest-profile disputes in the sector, regularly advises on sensitive and complex internal disputes, restructurings and Tribunal litigation, and also has the invaluable experience of having worked on secondment in a university HR department.

David is also a part-time employment Judge, sitting in the Midlands East region. He has written regularly on employment law issues, as well as commenting on topical HR issues in the press, on radio and on TV. He is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
