Denise Keating

Having held executive roles in several sectors, and with a career spanning all HR subjects, Denise knows what it takes to deliver value to businesses. Her strength is translating strategy into crystallised practical actions that are embedded into the business and sustainable.

Her last role was CEO at the ENEI (Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion), providing diversity and inclusion support to approximately 400 private, public and not-for-profit organisations.

Previous roles include HR & communications director at BGL Group (Compare The Market), board director (HR/IT/communications/clinical governance) for Craegmoor Healthcare, head of people proposition at Marks & Spencer, and head of operations, corporate HR, for Nationwide Building Society, where she worked on change programmes that positioned these organisations as an employer of choice.
