Gillian MacLellan

Gillian MacLellan is a partner in the CMS employment team, where she advises on a wide range of employment law issues, including prestigious, high-value deals, major restructurings and employment disputes including whistleblowing and discrimination claims. Gillian has particular expertise in the oil and gas, higher education and financial services sectors where she represents a number of household names. She currently chairs the CBI Scotland HR Forum and the Scottish Financial Enterprise HR Forum and is a regular speaker at internal and external events.
