John Beadle
John is Global Head of Performance and Reward at ABB (ASEA Brown Boveri), a Swedish-Swiss multinational electrical engineering corporation headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.
John's portfolio includes board and executive reward, employee reward, benefits, performance management, international mobility and HR M&A.
He has over thirty years' experience in reward and human resource management. He also has board and advisory board experience with non-profit, industrial, consultancy and academic organisations. He is a Freeman of the Guild of HR professionals, a Companion and former Vice President, Reward, for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a Fellow of the Bridewell Royal Hospital.
He is a visiting lecturer or program contributor at the London School of Economics, Warwick Business School, the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
