Karen Teago

Karen Teago joined YESS Law in June 2018 as joint CEO and principal solicitor. She advises employers and employees on a wide range of employment matters, including redundancies and restructuring, parental entitlements, discrimination, performance management and ill-health dismissals, contractual rights including restrictive covenants and confidentiality clauses, and settlement agreements.

Karen has substantial experience in employment law gained in leading regional commercial law firms and holds a BSc in sociology with industrial relations from the University of Bath, a Postgraduate Diploma in law from the College of Law and an Advanced Diploma in employment law from the University of East Anglia.
