Lilian Duckart

Lilian is the founder of From To, Partners, an organisation design practice dedicated to enabling organisations to turn AI vision into impact.

She has worked alongside forward-thinking leaders across scaleups and big tech, redesigning how work gets done as complexity increases. Her experience spans major transformations, venture creation, and organisational capability development in fast-moving environments. Her approach is grounded in the belief that lasting impact comes from connecting bold ambition with disciplined execution.

Lilian is a board member of the European Organisation Design Forum, where she actively contributes to and learns from leading thinking on people, operating models, and culture. She is also a certified organisation design professional.

Having lived in four countries and worked at a global level throughout her career, she brings a global and inclusive lens to designing organisations that balance speed and depth.
