Lisa is the founder of Tell Jane, a leading global HR Consultancy and training partner that specialises in preventing sexual harassment, discrimination and bullying in the workplace. Tell Jane also provides powerful change training when incidents do occur and helps build better cultures and challenges toxic behaviour in the workplace.  

With over two decades of experience and an MA in Human Resources Management, Lisa founded her first HR consultancy in 2014. It was while working with organisations of different sizes and across a wide range of sectors that Lisa found that discrimination, harassment and toxic behaviour were systemic issues. They were widespread and deep-rooted; what's more, leaders wanted change but were unaware of how to make it happen. 

In 2018 she started Tell Jane to help organisations actively prevent toxic behaviour, not just respond to it. By proactively building a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture, toxic behaviour can be eliminated before it has a chance to take root. 

Today Tell Jane helps companies across the world develop by providing company-wide training on ED&I. Tell Jane is also highly sought after for its workplace investigations, and has a reputation for carrying out robust and impartial expert investigations.
