Liz has designed and delivered successful change programmes for global and small and medium-sized enterprises. She has coached individuals and small groups including CEOs, line managers, parents and carers.

Liz is director of consultancy and training at Working Families, which helps employers to create profitable family-friendly and flexible organisations, supports more than 1,000 working families each month and leads internationally renowned research.
