Louise Haycock
Louise Haycock is a partner at Fragomen, in the London office, where she focuses on UK inbound immigration and has over 14 years immigration experience. She manages a large team providing advice to major financial and professional services, mining, IT, oil and gas and healthcare clients on their employees' relocation to the United Kingdom and the corresponding compliance issues.
Louise regularly advises major corporate clients on right to work, compliance and best practice processes to ensure their obligations are met. She also advises on immigration issues arising out of mergers and acquisitions and changes to group structures. She has been heavily involved in assisting clients with the implications of Brexit on their EU/British workers ensuring a truly cross-border strategy. Louise works with clients to devise change management plans and ensure that they are suitably prepared for the UK to leave the EU with or without a deal. She attends a variety of working groups with government officials to represent the needs of employers and is working with clients to prepare for a new immigration regime in the UK to ensure that they remain employers of choice for a migrant workforce. She is a regular speaker at events for Global Mobility and HR professionals particularly focussing on how to future proof people plans in readiness for a post-Brexit world.
