Massimo Pallini

Massimo Pallini is associate professor in labour law at the faculty of political and social sciences of the University of Milan, where he teaches labour law, European and comparative labour law and public employment law. He is also: a member of the Department of Labour Studies and of the Inter-department Research Centre for Work, Training and Welfare; a lecturer and committee member for the PhD programme in labour studies at the Graduate School; an editor of Rivista giuridica del lavoro e della Previdenza Sociale, Rivista italiana del lavoro and Rivista del diritto della sicurezza sociale; and a lawyer at the Rome and Milan bars, specialising in employment and commercial law judicial cases.
