Michael Carty

Michael Carty is a former benchmarking editor at Brightmine.

He was responsible for Benchmarking - HR Metrics - a unique, interactive HR metrics data resource that enables HR professionals to access all data generated by the Brightmine survey research programme.

Michael has over two decades' experience and expertise in editing, researching and writing on HR, people management, people analytics and people data issues. He brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the topics and issues that matter to HR, listening to and engaging with HR to provide practical data and insights to help organisations benchmark current practice and plan for the future

He was part of the Brightmine team since 2001, working on the January 2002 launch and subsequently undertaking a wide variety of editorial roles, with specialism in the site's data services, people analytics and pay and benefits offerings.
