Naomi Goldshtein
Naomi is a senior manager and solicitor at Fragomen, in the London office, and has worked in the field of UK immigration law for more than 14 years. She has experience advising clients on a full range of applications covered by the UK Immigration Rules. Naomi has represented a variety of global clients across multiple sectors, including education, finance, technology, and engineering. Naomi leads Fragomen's dedicated PBS compliance & audit and education teams, advising start-ups, established global clients and establishments in the education sector on the requirements to secure and maintain a UK Sponsor Licence. She has experience providing strategic advice to companies, Higher Education Institutions, and independent schools on the maintenance of their immigration compliance and transactional programmes and the immigration implications of corporate restructuring including mergers, acquisitions and takeovers.
