Neil Johnston

Neil Johnston is a director in Fieldfisher's employment department. He has a broad experience of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. He advises both private- and public-sector employers and has experience acting for and advising individuals. Neil's experience includes advising on High Court bonus claims, Financial Services Authority and injunctive matters, TUPE, collective redundancies, data subject access requests, managing exits, general HR queries and drafting employment contracts, handbooks and policies. Neil's tribunal workload covers unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and all aspects of discrimination law.
