Nick Thorpe

Nick Thorpe is a partner in the employment and pensions group at Fieldfisher. He is also a member of Fieldfisher's financial institutions sector group. Nick advises on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, including terminations of senior executives and restrictive covenant disputes, remuneration and complex discrimination issues, business transfers and outsourcings, collective dismissals and restructurings. He acts for a wide array of clients operating in the UK and overseas.

Independent legal directories Legal 500 and Chambers both recognise Nick's expertise in employment law. Chambers 2013 notes that he is "praised by sources for his excellent communication skills". Legal 500 2012 comments that he is "incredibly commercial". He was also described as an "outstanding lawyer" in Legal 500 2011.
