Nydin M. Watlington-Castro, JD, LL.M., CCEP, focuses her practice on corporate governance, contract law, labour and employment law, environmental and energy regulation, and compliance-driven business strategy. She advises companies across multiple industries on structuring corporate operations, navigating complex labor and employment frameworks, developing enterprise-wide compliance programs, and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements to mitigate risk and support sustainable business growth.
A recognised leader in Puerto Rico's infrastructure and construction sectors, Ms. Watlington-Castro served on the Board of Directors of the Puerto Rico Builders Association from 2019 to 2024. She was named to The Legal 500 General Counsel Powerlist Puerto Rico 2023.
Ms. Watlington-Castro is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) and is admitted to practice in Puerto Rico, the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and Texas (inactive). She is fluent in Spanish and English.
