Olga Aikin CBE has written regularly on employment law for People Management magazine. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, she has written several books and has edited a series on law and employment.

Olga established the Aikin Driver Partnership to advise on practical aspects of employment law and personnel issues.
