Patricia Hemmen

Patricia Hemmen is an adviser in the social and legal affairs department of Fedil Business Federation, Luxembourg.

She holds an LLM in labour and employment law from King's College London and an Advanced Master's degree in social law from the University of Strasbourg. She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2012 and practised at a major business law firm in Luxembourg where she specialised in employment and social security matters.

In 2015, Patricia joined Fedil, a politically independent multisector business federation. Fedil acts as an employers' representative towards national and international authorities, notably through its mandates in official tripartite councils and commissions, and is the Luxembourg representative in BUSINESSEUROPE. It offers a wide variety of services to member companies ranging from regular newsletters to assisting member companies with all kinds of questions related, amongst others, to labour law and collective bargaining.

Patricia speaks English, French, German and Luxembourgish.
