Penelope Thornton

Penny is senior knowledge lawyer with Hogan Lovells. She trained with the firm and qualified into their international Intellectual Property, Media and Technology practice in 2004. She has substantial experience in dealing with both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property and matters for clients in the media sector. She specialises in copyright and related rights, database rights, design rights and confidential information and broadcasting regulation. Penny has a diploma in UK, US and EU copyright law.
