Pip advises employers and employees in the public and private sectors on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, covering the life cycle of the employment relationship. This includes advising on grievances, investigations, disciplinary matters, dismissals, tribunal litigation, restructuring, and redundancy. She also advises on workplace wellbeing and managing mental health in the workplace.
