Rachel Pears

Rachel Pears is an experienced employment lawyer at law firm RPC. Her passion for inclusion and diversity work led her to become Inclusion and Diversity Lead at the firm and more recently our Head of Responsible Business with the remit of shaping and driving its ESG strategy.

As well as providing in-house employment law advice, she is responsible for running the firm's inclusion and diversity workstreams, allies network, mentoring schemes and its corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Rachel regularly runs training sessions for clients on a variety of equality matters and is a member of a number of forums and networks to continue to find inspiration for ways to make workplaces more inclusive and supportive.
