Sarah McWhinney

Sarah McWhinney is an associate in the employment reward and immigration team at Lewis Silkin. She joined the team in 2013, having trained with the firm, and she advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

Sarah works in tribunal litigation in a variety of areas including discrimination, unfair dismissal and jurisdiction. She negotiates settlement agreements and advises on grievances and disciplinary issues.

Sarah works for clients across a range of sectors, including construction, professional services and education.
