Sue Willcock

Sue Willcock has worked predominantly in the professional services sector for over 30 years, having begun her career as a chartered surveyor (MRICS). She has over 17 years' experience in learning and development, communications and engagement and her career has seen her move from junior roles through to partnership and director positions, recently holding roles in learning and development and as head of engagement and communications. Sue has designed and led numerous people programmes spanning early careers to experienced hires. In 2016, Sue wrote "Help, I'm a manager" for new managers in professional services, which quickly became an HR bestseller on Amazon, which she then followed with "Help! I'm starting work" for new professionals.
