Tara Daynes

Tara Daynes BA (Hons) FCIPD BSSP is a qualified HR and training consultant with nearly 20 years' post-graduate experience. She is a fellow member of the CIPD, a qualified employment law paralegal and a registered Investors In People Specialist.

Tara has worked with a variety of industries, including commercial, non-profit and public sector bodies. She specialises in start-up HR functions for small and medium-sized enterprises, including creating and implementing legally compliant staffing policies and procedures and staff handbooks, and providing training for line management and staff on key issues. She is also experienced in helping organisations to achieve Investors In People accredited status through creation and implementation of initiatives and strategies designed to improve the performance of the organisation through its people management practices.

As a business trainer, Tara specialises in people management skills, employment law issues, general business skills and personal effectiveness.

Tara is a regular guest speaker for various professional and networking organisations, contributes to numerous business websites and is often featured in the media as an HR expert, including press commentary and TV and radio interviews.
