Tracy Evlogidis

Tracy is a partner in the immigration team at Withersworldwide.

She advises both corporate and individual clients with their UK immigration needs and has more than 18 years' experience practicing immigration and nationality law.

With a thorough knowledge of the UK point-based system, Tracy advises clients on sponsorship applications. She also helps sponsors with investigations for immigration compliance, including providing detailed, hands-on preparation for immigration audits and maximizing the use of fast track facilities to expedite applications.

In addition to undertaking business immigration, Tracy works with individuals in respect of their personal immigration issues including financee and spousal visas, applications for EEA nationals, investor and entrepreneur visas in addition to exceptional talent immigration permissions.

Tracy works closely with the immigration authorities at the highest level, and regularly lobbies the Home Offices, through her participation in policy consultations and working parties.
