Victoria Lewis
Victoria is chief executive of byrne·dean training and is known for her powerful, personal, and practical facilitation style. She is regularly asked to work with senior leadership teams and boards on culture change. Victoria has led and delivered numerous global cultural inclusion programmes for the senior leadership teams within large global banks, financial service and insurance providers, international professional service firms as well as a whole host of other industries from tech to retail, aviation to national media corporates.
Victoria leads engagement, inclusion and diversity work and applies the principles of emotional intelligence to help individuals understand their accountability. She uses her previous professional experience as a senior employment lawyer to explore how and why "things can go wrong". She uses her analytical and communicative skills to help participants to consider the impact of the things they do and say in the workplace, to reflect how their unconscious bias impacts their every day routine and critical decisions and, importantly, to work with them to consider how this knowledge can benefit them individually and collectively. Above all, Victoria's credibility and expert facilitation skills ensure that participants reflect, move forward and "continue the conversation" outside the training room.
