Victoria Newman

Victoria is a senior associate in the employment team at Burges Salmon.

Victoria advises private and public sector clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment and HR issues, including TUPE transfers in the context of outsourcing projects and business sales, complex tribunal cases, restructuring and re-organisation exercises, employee exits, and working time issues.   

Victoria regularly delivers training and workshops on employment law, including on investigations, grievances, disciplinaries and TUPE.
