Wilfred Soto-Suárez

Mr. Soto-Suárez is a Special Counsel at TCM, where he currently concentrates in the litigation of labour and employment claims on behalf of companies represented by our firm in local and federal courts, as well as in all other types of labour and employment law litigation. He provides advice and guidance to clients on numerous issues relating to human resources and employment law matters in day-to-day operations. He represents clients before administrative agencies such as the Conciliation and Arbitration Bureau of the Department of Labour, the EEOC, the Office of Mediation and Adjudication of the P.R. Department of Labour, the Antidiscrimination Unit of the P.R. Department of Labour, the National Labour Relations Board, and handles appellate practice and procedure.

Mr. Soto-Suárez also has significant experience in environmental permitting and compliance issues under local and federal natural resource and environmental laws and regulations, land use and planning law matters. He provides advice and guidance to clients on numerous issues related to the environmental review process, land use site location inquiries, and day-to-day environmental issues.

Mr. Soto-Suárez is a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association and the American Bar Association, Section of Labour and Employment Law and Section of Litigation. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
