Wouter Engelsman
Wouter Engelsman advises on all aspects of employment and employee participation law, with a special focus on employee representation and issues relating to transactions and reorganisations.
Wouter is a founding partner of CLINT Lawyers and Mediators, a boutique firm in Amsterdam specialising in corporate employment law. He was admitted to the Dutch Bar in January 2005 and completed his post-doctoral education in labour law (PALA) at Erasmus University in 2011. Wouter frequently publishes on various employment law issues, such as transfers of undertaking, age days for senior staff, and termination of employment, in both legal journals and handbooks. In addition, he is an appointed lecturer for LexisNexis Risk Solutions Group's seminars for works councils.
Wouter is a member of the expert employment lawyers association (VAAN) and the association for employment law (VvA). He is native in Dutch, fluent in English, and has good knowledge of Portuguese and French.
