Zahira Patel

Zahira is an associate and solicitor based in Fragomen's London office.She advises clients on all aspects of UK immigration law, including applications made under the Points Based System (PBS). Zahira primarily assists multinational corporate clients with a particular focus on employment applications.

Zahira has a particular interest in European law and the impact of Brexit and was recently seconded to a client site to oversee the client's Brexit immigration program for the UK and Europe. She guides clients on EEA family permits, permanent residency applications and settled status for European nationals following the UK's withdrawal from the EU. Zahira has also worked as part of Fragomen's Knowledge team and on client sites providing strategic advice, particularly around Brexit and its impact on mobile populations.
