In response to the findings of a staff survey, and as part of the Modernising Government agenda, the Valuation Office Agency has set up a Performance Management, Pay and Grading (PMPG) programme. The team is seeking to incorporate all aspects of performance management in the agency's operations, and to broaden the focus away from purely numerical targets.
