Broadbanding delivers change at the Post Office

Three years ago, RoMEC, the facilities services division of the Post Office, was underperforming against external competition. Driven by a need to provide value for money in both prices and service, the company embarked on a programme of change which involved a radical overhaul of the pay and grading structure for its managerial grades.
