Business Development Service promotes an open and inclusive culture

The Business Development Service's (BDS) competency framework has enabled staff to be included in processes that are aligned to a single performance management system throughout the whole of Northern Ireland's civil service.

The Business Development Service is a government agency delivering training, information and communications technology services, and business improvement practices for the rest of the civil service in Northern Ireland.
