Implementing equal opportunities: employee networking

The sponsorship of employee networks was highlighted in EOR's extensive survey of employers' equal opportunities policies and practices published last year (EOR 87), as one of a range of positive action measures that employers can take to counter past discrimination in the workplace and contribute towards the implementation of their equal opportunities policies. In this article, we focus on the networking activities of five of our respondents.
