KBR: getting down to business

Engineering and construction group KBR introduced a performance management system called People, Performance and Results, which included the identification of transferable competencies, although, at the time, these were not qualified with behavioural descriptors.

KBR is one of two operating groups of Halliburton, a company founded in 1919, and the world's largest provider of products and services to the oil and gas industries.
