Superdrug has been changing its recruitment process to ensure it finds top-quality managers to support plans to expand from 730 to 1,000 stores.

Superdrug is about to launch its new store manager selection process, which includes a bespoke personality questionnaire based on the identified competencies for the role. Alongside this, it has moved its recruitment process online.
