Sweden: Parental leave acts as retention tool at Ericsson

A new parental leave scheme at the telecommunications multinational Ericsson is having a significant impact on the take-up of leave amongst the workforce. The company believes that this scheme, which tops up the already generous state provision, will help to recruit and retain high-earning specialists in a tight labour market.
