Acas code of practice on disciplinary and grievance procedures: employment tribunal decisions
This article summarises the main issues and outcomes in five employment tribunal cases in which it was alleged that the employer breached the Acas code of practice on disciplinary and grievance procedures. Each case involves a 10% or 15% uplift in compensation for the employer's failure to follow the code.
