Acas code of practice on disciplinary and grievance procedures: more employment tribunal decisions
This article summarises the main issues and outcomes in five employment tribunal cases in which it was alleged that there were breaches of the Acas code of practice on disciplinary and grievance procedures. The cases involve uplifts of compensation of 15% to 25% against employers and one unusual decision to reduce the claimant's compensation by 20%.
