ACAS updates guidance on promoting equality
ACAS has updated its practical guidance on how to tackle discrimination and promote equality in the workplace.
It includes information on how to: set up an equality policy; give employees equality training; avoid discrimination in recruitment; monitor the workforce; counter bullying and harassment; and adopt flexible working practices.
