The first instalment of IRS Employment Review's annual benefits and allowances survey looks in detail at provision of general allowances and health benefits, from call-out payments to private medical insurance.
The survey focuses on the concept of total reward, investigating the value of all elements of the employee's compensation package beyond basic salary (with the exception of pension schemes).
