Budget 2004: tax and National Insurance changes

Gordon Brown has set out the new rates for National Insurance, income tax allowances and tax credits for the year 2004-05 in his Budget statement on 17 March.

These new rates have been added to HR & Compliance Centre's statutory rates service, which has details of the current rates, newly announced rates and links to official sources.
