HR wants to shed admin burden to become strategic
HR departments are steadily gaining recognition and strategic influence, and many practitioners would prefer to outsource their traditional administrative responsibilities to devote more time to strategic activities, finds a new IRS study.
The research is based on a detailed study of a panel of HR practitioners drawn from 118 organisation across the public and private sectors, together employing almost 180,000 staff.
