Latest model documents: disciplinary investigations and training feedback

The XpertHR policies and documents section has been enhanced by the addition of a model order of proceedings for an investigatory meeting, a disciplinary investigation form and a training feedback form.

  • Order of proceedings for an investigatory meeting Use this model order of proceedings to set out the process to be used during formal investigatory meetings where an employee is suspected of misconduct as a precursor to any decision to commence formal disciplinary proceedings.
  • Disciplinary investigation form Use this model form to maintain clear, complete and consistent records of disciplinary allegations made, how they are investigated and the evidence found. This form can be completed for each employee interviewed, the individual who made the original allegations and any witnesses.
  • Training feedback form Use this form after any training event to gather information about the training event and identify improvements that can be made for the future.
