New model letters on data subject access requests

XpertHR's policies and documents have been enhanced by the addition of model letters responding to an employee who has made a data subject access request. 

• Letter responding to data subject access request providing requested information Use this model letter to respond to an employee who has made a data subject access request and provide the requested information. 
• Letter responding to data subject access request asking for more information Use this model letter to respond to an employee who has made a data subject access request where further information is required to locate the requested information or to identify the person making the request. 
• Letter responding to data subject access request asking for the appropriate fee Use this model letter to respond to an employee who has made a data subject access request where the employee has failed to provide the appropriate fee.
