New model letters on failure to attend a disciplinary hearing
The HR & Compliance Centre policies and documents service has been enhanced by the addition of a model letter to send to an employee who has failed to attend a disciplinary hearing, and one informing an employee who was persistently unwilling without good cause to attend a disciplinary hearing of the outcome when it was held in his or her absence.
