New model letters on grievances
The HR & Compliance Centre policies and documents section has been enhanced by a new model letter confirming to an employee that a grievance has been dealt with informally and one informing an employee of a delay in a grievance investigation.
- Letter confirming to an employee that a grievance has been dealt with informally Use this model letter to confirm to an employee that his or her grievance has been resolved informally, without the need to resort to a formal grievance procedure.
- Letter informing an employee of a delay in a grievance investigation Use this model letter to inform an employee of a delay in a grievance investigation, for example if a key witness is unavailable.
