New model redundancy letters: consultation and voluntary redundancy
The HR & Compliance Centre policies and documents service provides 10 new model redundancy letters, including a letter informing the wider workforce about a potential redundancy situation and a letter outlining the terms of a voluntary redundancy agreement.
- Voluntary redundancy - letter outlining the terms of a voluntary redundancy agreement Use this model letter to confirm to an employee the terms applicable to the termination of employment following the acceptance of his or her application for voluntary redundancy.
